  I smiled as I stopped to let a mommy duck and her 8 babies cross the road...luckily I was able to stop without endangering anyone else

  128.6 lbs today . feel good ! Did treat myself to a huge entree at Legal seafoods last night !

  I am going to buy a nice watch ! I will only do it after I am please with what I see in the mirror- meaning ideal weight and tone after I start hitting the gym soon.

  Feb 3 131.2 lbs ..getting there...I am weighing myself daily just to see and understand the fluctuations... Will check in next month ! good luck all
