      Re: Am I sedentary?You could count yourself as sedentary only if you then add in your walk as exercise. Otherwise you are at least lightly active, more likely moderately active.2

      Re: What they don't tell you about maintaining your weight?If you are worried about both gaining and losing in maintenance, might I suggest losing only down to the middle of your range. Then slowly upping your calories. Good luck!1
