Congrats....keep going! I'm same height and went from Sz 24 to 12 in little over a year. Never have stayed the course for so long before and hope to maintain for life and end the yo yo events.1 -

I've been light headed from low blood pressure too...guess this forum helps. Will see what more salt does for me. 86 Lbs. ago they were thinking I was about ready for med for high blood pressure.10
