Boiled eggs does it for me. 1 or 2 of those keeps me going for hours. Still nursing my 3 year old. Hopefully she gives it up before kindergarten for both her and my sake lol4 -

Yes you lose a lot of initial weight (mostly water). It is extremely easy to stay at a deficit because after a few days you are simply not hungry. No more trying to fit this extra snack into your day…2
