Re: Breastfeeding and not losing weight at 1700 cals
Just boob as much as possible. I'm still losing weight at nearly 4 months post-partum and am now lighter than pre-pregnancy. All of this is thanks to breastfeeding on demand 24/71 -
Re: Weight loss: What has been your most SUCCESSFUL strategy?
Breastfeeding! Seriously, though, the best strategy is one where you end up burning more calories than what you take in.1 -
Re: Pear-shaped women: when did you notice a significant difference in your thighs?
I used to think I had a "pear-shaped" figure. It turned out that I was just overweight. My body naturally became more of an "hourglass" shape after having lost the excess weight.7 -
Re: Eating less than 1200 calories a day and exercising at least a 1000 and not losing weight
You are either overestimating calorie burn or underestimating calorie intake. Or both.9 -
Re: Post partum/breastfeeding and needing encouragement
Try to eat at maintenance. The weight WILL melt off you because the breastfeeding is your caloric deficit.3
