Hubby and I went on our first dinner date in months. I splurged and had a glass of wine and an aperol spritz. I was more than happy to stop at two. First drink in over two weeks.8 -

AF Day 15 for me! Have got back into self guided meditation at nights to wind down instead of turning to a wine bottle.6 -
