As for your macros, eat what keeps you satiated. For me, I've found that fiber is miraculous, so no low carb for me. Others find that fats keep them fuller. Others it's protein. Experiment.2 -

Therapy is awesome! I switched my weigh in day to Wednesday, sometimes Thursdays, so any weekend indulgence wouldn't effect the scale to much.2 -
