I am very short and my calorie needs are also low. "Cheating" means gaining weight for me. I do have higher calorie meals as social occasions warrant, but I need know the numbers so I log so I can balance things out over a week.

Eat how you like. There's no reason to break your calories down into small meals if you don't want to. It's all about CICO (calories in calories out) not the timing of those calories.

You ARE seeing results. You've lost 5 pounds, which is great. We don't get to choose where the weight comes off first. Since you're not seeing changes in measurements yet, I would imagine the fat is coming off your internal organs. Now that is progress! Keep it up!

I've successfully lost weight on WW. I've successfully lost weight on MFP. I like MFP better because I can eat "anything" and know how it fits in.

I think 2# a week is too aggressive, especially if you want to learn healthy habits so you won't gain it all back. Throw out the deadline. Create a plan that is sustainable. Since you are exercising so much, make sure you are eating back half of those calories.

So many good recommendations here! I personally like a big bowl of mixed lettuce, cabbage, and tomato. Then I'll add Walden Farms no calorie dressing or a low calorie vinaigrette. If I need the protein, I'll add tuna.
