What to do?

What do you do when you're over your calorie mark and it's 8pm and youre still mad hungry?

I'm 300 calories over, I'm hungry, and have to loose 1.5lbs by Monday.

What do you do on days like this?

    early to bed normally means its because I am at my calorie limit

    Make some air popcorn. Filling and low calorie.

    As for your goal? Not gonna happen.

    Thank you all! I think I have to adjust my mindset. Perhaps I worry about rebounding or losing progress if I'm not strict on goals but realistically it takes time.
