Doing bad

I was doing sooo good. Lost a good 32 pounds but for a month now I’ve been doing bad and I luickly only gained 2 pounds back, but I need my motivation back

    Keep going you have lost quite a bit and I know people on here talk about setbacks. I have only gone down 1 kilo and I know I have to just keep going try and be positive if you can and people on here seem to be very encouraging

    When I lose motivation to keep going I just spend some time kicking back and just making sure I don't gain any before I start up again.

    It sounds like you're on your way back to your health. Try to establish habits that will stand the test of time. I dont always feel motivated to log my calories or workout, but I have made it a part of my day and refuse to let myself down. Think of why you really want to lose,it may help motivate you.
