I’ve use an Apple Watch. Uses GPS plus heart rate monitor. That figured in with my weight and height in MFP is be pretty accurate.3 -

Nine more pounds. I started MFP late March 2016 at 260 with a goal of 165. This morning I weighed in @ 208 even. I can't remember the last time I was under 200 pounds.9
