If the gym is modern at all each machine will have a diagram and instructions for use on tue machine. Pick a time of day the gym is empty so. Your not worried about people staring at you and go machi…2 -

I've done years of martial arts and loved ju jitsu but when you get serious about it you get hurt. Every good class i went to i limped out of. Its great exercise but becareful.2 -
