If you select sedentary, it will set you up for an extreme caloric deficit if you are trying to drop any weight. If you chose sedentary, I would log exercise and eat those additional calories. Anythi…1 -

Weighted hip thrusts, deadlift, walking lunges, weighted step ups, squats, prone leg curl mainly for a little hamstring buffer (not heavy). I think it unwise to put too much focus on one area though.…1
