Drink a bunch of water, eat some dried fruit, drink some prune juice, eat some vegetables, go for a walk... that should help get things moving.2 -

I like mostly clean eating mixed with IIFYM (tracking macros) and counting calories. But I make room for chocolate and some other treats in there too.1 -

Mostly clean eating, eating 300 calories less than TDEE, and making sure I get at least 90 grams of protein and 25 grams of fiber per day.2
