Eat at a caloric deficit to lose weight. Exercise for health and fitness, to retain lean muscle mass while eating at a deficit, and to give yourself a few more calories to eat throughout the day.3 -

I recently entered maintenance and I've set a "do not exceed" weight. So far, my daily weigh-ins have me anywhere from 2-4 lbs under that number.7 -
