Exercise (sadly walking is pretty much it because of knee damage) is great for my mental health and PTSD. There is nothing like a walk in nature to help me unwind a bit and clear my mind.16 -

It seems like you are fatigued because you are not eating enough. I am much shorter than you and weigh much less but my maintenance calories are around 1600 for a sedentary lifestyle.4 -

I have a rule that I don't eat after I brush my teeth. Brushing my teeth is the last thing I do before I go to bed.. Just before that is eating a few pieces of dark chocolate.1 -
