Drinking water has nothing to do with weight loss. The amount you are eating now is your maintenance level. You can lose weight by eating less. I know this is easier said than done.2 -

I have a Zip, which is a step counter. I feel it is very accurate. I have used heart rate monitors before and they overestimate my burn a lot because my heart rate goes up a lot during exercise.2
