Killed it with the water and yoga today. I'd like to get to 100% activity on my polar but it's not going to happen today anymore sadly. Tomorrow is another day :)6 -

Water & yoga. I'm working on my water intake & even a ten minute yoga session a day really helps for flexibility and its exercise for me. Trying to work on this every day for a leat a week :)9
