I know what you mean Darklords, I log everything and keep within the calories allowed, have cut back on fat but in the last 2 weeks, the weight is going up instead of down (only 2,4 lbs but still!)..…1 -

daisyfields79 , here is another trick to replace pasta...cook some cauliflower and add to your small portion of pasta allowed and serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce (reasonably of course) ..del…1 -

I don't drink soda on any regular basis but when I get a craving ,I try to replace with fizzy water with a little orange juice for extra taste!1
