dont be so hard on yourself, you are a busy mom, not lazy! Give yourself time to adjust to your new role of 2 babies and then work in a routine, doesnt have to be a gym!

i've stopped weighing and writting what I eat and I seem to maintain pretty well. For the last 5 months, all is good....I tend to eat the same things all the time so it's pretty easy but, I still jump on the scale twice a week to make sure!

I put on 3-4 lbs every month because of hormones...am 52 and peri-menopausal so i`m blaming it on that!! After a few weeks (2-3) it goes away and I lose an extra 1lbs or so...so as you can see, my weight loss is very sloowwww....up 3-4 lbs, down 4-5 lbs

i like to cook two small chickens or even a small turkey on sunday and then freeze in small portions...great protein in a salad or a for a wrap...

yeah it last longer for sure! I gain 3-4 lbs and keep it on for 2-3 weeks even though I eat my calories permitted only and then POOF, it goes back down....I was just wondering if the sensation of the uterus becoming bigger was just me! thanks!

Gym membership and yoga classes, both worth it! A food scale and time, time time...but time well spent if you ask me! :)

Ever heard the claim that a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat? False! A pound is a pound (of feathers, glass, Jell-O—you name it). But because a pound of fat takes up about four times the space of muscle tissue
-
again, muscle doesnt weigh more than fat, 1lb of muscle = 1 lb of fat.....muscle just takes up less space than fat
-
congrats on your weight loss, fabulous job! Keep at it, you can do it!
-
wow, great job!
-
oh my lordy! that is amazing!! You look good!

muscle doesnt weigh more than fat, it just takes up less space than fat...1 lb of muscle or 1lb of fat is 1lb no matter what....
