I weigh 177 and I walk about 3 mph and I burn 250-300 calories for 1 hour of walking. If you can fit in the time anything that burns more calories will help.1 -

You can drive yourself nuts trying to be too precise. Some people love it. Not me. I just entered true values if I could and then came as close as I could for the rest. 35 lbs down says its working.1 -
