Remember your "why". My why is my health. I also give myself a small non food reward sometimes. Yesterday it was sitting on a bench just enjoying nature after my walk.2 -

I am walking to various places that I would have driven to in the past to run errands. These walks are in addition to my regular exercise. My legs no longer hurt after a wallk!24 -
