I am on day 3 of low carb. Have enough of the right kind of food. Never get stuck hungry in a social situation with treats around. I found low carb ice cream which is a fun way to switch up my diet.4 -

I selected active and 1/2 pound weight loss. I don’t eat back additional exercise calories.2
