You might try a lower goal...maybe 1 lb/week. 1330 is awfully low for calories. It seems very counter-intuitive. I make better progress with like 1500 instead of 1200. Plus I'm not as grouchy/mean. :/4 -

Yeah It depends on the exercise and how many calories were burned. For some exercise you probably should eat at least some of them back. Ex: When I was running long distances, I'd sometimes burn over…1 -
