Can't figure out how to edit my original post. For me it was 3 meals a day and snacks if I was hungry. Exercise had to be for the sake of enjoying moving my body...for appreciating what my body does.…3 -

I got my handstand and actually had a little hang-time...it's taken forever for me to not be terrified of only being on my hands.37
