Bible reading, even if just 10 verses or so I find to be helpful right before bed. Also watch what you eat right before bed. Eating too heavy or eating certain foods can cause strange dreams.5 -

Lots of water, warm water can be filling too. I hear tea plain and black coffee but I think lots of water is key.1 -

Tea with a little honey/ Warm water/ a bowl of brocolli with some sauerkraut helped recently. You may need to consider increasing your daily calories, I had to and it worked out pretty good for me.1
