I'm considering doing a fast to reset my system/appetite; looking for anyone who does this on occassion and is interested in doing one with me starting tomorrow?
Does having mfpals actually help you do better with eating habits and exercise? What works for you?
I think its helpful for the right reasons. As far as for weight management I've found it helpful to do as a way to reset my appetite and take a back seat to some of the stress I've been experiencing relating to food.
Mine has been limited access to a vehicle. Options for me...wait on a bus or 20-25 min walk in a suburban area (not many sidewalks). Uber if I'm really feeling desperate. When I can get my mind right I push myself and do the walk. Otherwise working out at home is always an option, thankfully.
