Hi, I've done this before and found what was best is something healthy and green, low carb with protein. I had a did a very large cabbage salad with avacado, homemade dressing w/lemon juice and later added fish once a day for some time and the weight just melted off. Hope you find what works.

I'm 5'8 around 180,goal weight 150-155 and I eat on average 3 meals a day...calories are at 1300 right now but I average around 1500. Anyways as long as I exercise I will lose. Exercise, even if it's just walking, I think will make a difference for you. Hope you find what works for you.

When someone you trust with personal matters tells you something about someone else and says "now they told me don't tell anyone but".. Don't they realize my trust in them is slowing (actually quickly)going out the door?

What does your diet mainly consist of?

I'd try something like a tuna Melt or a turkey bacon sandwich on Ezekiel bread with a small amount of avacado.

I recommend getting a small mp3 player and downloading your favorite music to exercise to. This should help keep you going in the gym, tune out any insecurities and distractions. Best wishes!

One thing I found for me that may be the case for you is you may need to eat more. I'd try maybe adding 200 to 300 more calories to the day and see if you notice a difference.

I know this is not a popular idea but water fasting for a couple days or more if ok and safe per your family doctor I think will resolve the issue. Easier said than done but is possible.

A good brand of probiotics taken on an empty stomach. Also adding a small amount (or more if you like it) of sauerkraut to your diet. The type that must stay refrigerated, such as Kimchi. These are all things that have good bacteria in them . Hope that helps.

Some household items like lamp shades, cleaner, broom, shower caddy.

Btw if the "patients" are reporting the benefits there must be something to it.

I think diet and mental health go hand in hand and for many keto or even just lower amounts of carbs can really help the brain and ward off whatever it is that effects the mind. Keto is hard though, sometimes unrealistic to stick to. The only time I did it with ease and not even on purpose, was after I had done a fast and…

Bible reading, even if just 10 verses or so I find to be helpful right before bed. Also watch what you eat right before bed. Eating too heavy or eating certain foods can cause strange dreams.

I must commend you on dealing with so much and still managing to track your meals and try to stay on track. That's impressive!!! And lol @" I don't want to hang out with me now" Hang in there, glad things are improving for you 😊

Hi, you may need to add more calories to your daily allowance. Also adding some fat to your meal, healthy fat that is, like 1/2 of an avacado can help.Oh, and lots of water. Hope that's helpful.

Sardines and crackers..high protein, omega 3's and a few other nutrients

Lots of water, warm water can be filling too. I hear tea plain and black coffee but I think lots of water is key.

First thing I hear quite often that I myself am working on is drink lots of water. Helps you stay full and lessens water retention.

I know the feeling, I was on here several years ago and was doing great, now I'm back at it trying again but with new challenges and some weight gain. Not giving up yet though.

Mini goal: Be more transparent with myself and my diary by logging "everything" I eat, even on bad days.

One suggestion I can think of is drinking lots and lots of water. That will help keep your body flushed out and prevent water retention. Hang in there

Tea with a little honey/ Warm water/ a bowl of brocolli with some sauerkraut helped recently. You may need to consider increasing your daily calories, I had to and it worked out pretty good for me.
