It’s shocking and eye opening. 25g of cheese looked tiny at first. Like others say use a food scale, it’s surprising how much of other foods you can eat (esp veg, salad, fruit). I find it really help…1 -

I’m so pleased, have got over the Friday evening. My first dry Friday in months! Hope I can manage Saturday too, but another day done :)6 -

Day 4 for me, Friday. I don’t feel like having a glass of wine, but my husband will open a bottle. Determined to stay strong, have a long half marathon training run tomorrow so will focus on that.4
