This is why so many people quit - expecting too much too soon! Give it 4-6 weeks. And remember that we are made up of all sorts of fluctuate matter that “have weight.” The number on the scale goes up…3 -

Expect it to take a long time. Too many people say "this just doesn't work for me" and give up instead of saying "what changes can I make so it will start working?"7 -
