Anyone else not eat all their calories?

Rarely. I tend to be suspicious that I didn’t calculate correctly if it becomes a pattern.1

Occasionally. I consider anything 50 calories under or over to be just right. I occasionally go under that for a day, but usually make up for it the next. Sometimes take advantage of the opportunity to have a treat.1

At least close. Faster loss isn't necessarily better, and extremely fast loss is a generally bad idea IMO.1

sometimes I go under, sometimes I go over - I find looking at weekly calories to be more helpful rather than expecting every day t o be exact.1
