Expect it to take a long time. Too many people say "this just doesn't work for me" and give up instead of saying "what changes can I make so it will start working?"7 -

i use an app called fiton and just workout in front of my tv. i LOVED the gym for several decades but started to feel like: 1. i was spending just as much time driving to and from as i was exercising…1 -

You shouldn’t eat LESS than 1200. If you lose weight too quickly you will lose a lot of muscle and it could impact your body’s ability to function.2
