Burpees if I'm doing a HIIT workout that requires them. Or Intervals during running. Much prefer long steady miles or quick shorter runs but at the same pace.1 -

Wear the same clothes you'd usually wear for that temperature and then a hat or visor to keep the rain off your face. Change of clothes for after the race. Theres nothing wrong with getting a bit wet!1
