Greek yogurt is an easy one (I like to mix in high fiber cereal for some low-cal added crunch plus fiber). In a pinch, I'll use Clif Builder Bars or Quest bars for some on-the-go easy protein.2 -

Trader Joe's High fiber. It's pretty tasty and, at 80 calories and 9g fiber, a really great way to boost daily fiber. I eat it most mornings mixed with Greek yogurt.1 -
