I hope i never run into this problem .. normally when I don't see the scale move I know the problem .. it's scary to think if you do everything right you may still not loose weight Good luck2 -

Are we sure it's a good idea to exercise ourselves into a calorie deficit? My doctor told me you get fit in the gym and loose weight at the dinner table. . Good luck4 -
