Get a freezer and some tupperwares. Cook in batches and save some to reheat later. Make sure you avoid temptation to eat all your double portions in one go though!3 -

Good call on using Serena Williams as an example! She's very muscular but knowing that she is 23 ish suggests to me that it would be very difficult indeed for a woman to out-muscle the healthy range.…2
