However, I have not yet reached my original goal of 68 kg (SW 86 kg, height 171 cm). I am hovering around 73 kg at the moment which is on the edge of the "healthy"…

I want to drink some of my 5 a day! Thanks

Low cal, tasty, non-alcoholic drinks for evenings out
Ok, so first I have to admit that I drank a lot of wine last night for Halloween. I am going out for a drink tonight with the Boyf and his Dad, and I really don't feel like drinking alcohol. However, neither do I want to spend the evening drinking water. I can't drink coke and some other fizzy drinks because they give me…

Fed up of "lose belly fat" ads.
Ok, at the risk of opening a can of worms, I would like a mini-rant: I am fed up with ads that say e.g. "reduce 10lbs of belly fat every minute with these 5 steps....." . I really wish you could do that, but unless I am very much mistaken you cannot choose where you lose the fat from, however much you would like to. And…
