Question for the Nerds :-) Exporting Data For Excel

Following reading another thread, I would like to export my data so I can measure my own TDEE. Is there a quick way to export to ascii / cvs for use in excel, that anyone is aware of? Or do I have to do it manually?

Edit: I actually need it in csv as I use Open Office's version of excel, not excel itself so unfortunately am unable to use this guy's extractor macro:
