I feel You should continue to do as you see fit. I usually weigh myself weekly. Nothing wrong with checking, but daily, well I can see no or a minute change. Just keep on and make Your goal :)2 -

I consume around 160 to 195g of granulated sugar for coffee daily...and have for years. 1st time around, 3yrs ago, I lost 40-45lbs...just recently restarted gym after stopping, and have now lost 10-1…6 -

I pay zero attn. to what's said on carbs, sugar, etc. I've lost 12 lbs within a month and I intake 3-3.5lbs of sugar with coffee a month. Carb intake is appx. 75% more than Protein. Do 2hrs cardio da…5
