Are you diabetic? If not then don't worry about it. MFP does not discriminate between fruit sugars or table sugar.6 -

I agree. I practice IF as well to help me maintain my deficit. I just see too many posts about this where people think its the IF and not the calorie deficit that is contributing to the weight loss.5 -

Calorie deficits are needed for weight loss. Use what ever type of oil you prefer. I personally like Olive, Sunflower and coconut.10
