I agree with you...the lowest weight I've seen on the scale is the weight I identify as my true weight...even if tomorrow I'm 2lbs heavier because I had soy sauce tonight :D1 -

You mean calorie deficit, calorie deficit, or calorie deficit? They all will work if you stick to their calorie deficit. I am seeing great results using slim fast coupled with a gum graft...it's amaz…4 -
