    At this point I have 2 main reasons for getting leaner...just to see if I can & because I don't want to carry around any additional weight on a trail ultra marathon.

    Should have left the claws out :smile: OP, As stated there are a lot of bodyweight programs you can follow. YAYOG, convict conditioning, Al Kavadlo, nerd fitness, gmb, gymnastics bodies etc.
