I have been a member here for a very long time and it has helped me to lose and maintain a 36 lb loss. I am now trying to lose a few more lbs 10-20 then review again. Sad to see the news feed disappear. I loved to see my friends posts. If any of you know me, do let me know how you are getting on. I will try to remember to look/post here.
