Day 8: Body physically could nt handle any activity yesterday, I tried, but I had to take a rest day. Back at it today, Cardio once I wake up then (hopefully) a 1.5 mile walk tonight.1
I have mine set to drop 2Lbs a week and that is still 2220 cal a day, I can not begin to imagine only 1200 a day. Granted I am 6'4" and way, way, way above the weight I should be.5

I track my daily walks by the distance we cover and not the time it takes but I don't see an option for that, am I missing something?1
