Thank you, he is a lot of my motivation. My little moose is mid functioning autistic and completely non-verbal. Odds are he is going to need parental or guardian supervision his whole life, and I can't fail him by not being there because I let my body go to crud.

According to the BMI chart at 6'4" I should weight between 152 - 205, my goal is 265 which is still 55LBS away (was 70 when I started) So yeah I "need" to loss close to 200LBS so add me!

Day 8: Body physically could nt handle any activity yesterday, I tried, but I had to take a rest day. Back at it today, Cardio once I wake up then (hopefully) a 1.5 mile walk tonight.

I have mine set to drop 2Lbs a week and that is still 2220 cal a day, I can not begin to imagine only 1200 a day. Granted I am 6'4" and way, way, way above the weight I should be.

I'm only on day 6 so far, but this thread has been one heck of an inspiration to me. I have found a sure way to nip my sweet tooth in the bud is a chocolate pediasure (yes the kids type) i get the 8oz ones so 150 calories and it hits the spot, plus a decent side order of Nutrition included in the drink.
