Wahoo X 2!! Yay!0 -
Goal 1: 1700 Calories
Goal 2: Walk 1.5 Miles+
Goal 3: Some form of exercise other then walking.0 -
Goals for today:
1.) run to parkrun, parkrun and then run home: Done: 2/3. I took the tube there. But still high 5 to myself for even completing one of them.
2.) finish the study notes that I have set the task of doing by the end of the day
3.) cook a healthy dinner for myself that will last for a few days.
4.) meditate. Come on Heth.. it's only 10 mins of a 24 hour day. no excuse. I find physical exercise is easier to do than mental exercise which is kind of weird maybe?
5.) be nice to myself and treat myself like I would my best friend.0 -
Goal 1: Stay under my Cal Goal.
Goal 2: 12 minutes of Cardio (today is a rest day)0 -
I need to do a complete overhaul of my goals. That is my plan today.1
-
Goal 1: Stay Under Cals
Goal 2: 10 minutes low impact aerobics
Goal 3" 1-1.5 mile walk.0 -
Just found this thread! Great idea!
Goal1: Eat Paleo (no grains, dairy, soy, processed sugar)
Goal2: Get at least 30 minutes of exercise
Goal3: Come in at, or under my calories!0 -
1. Don't dive head first into a gallon of ice cream in self-pity/celebration (I got dumped last night).
2. Treat myself to a fun workout at my local boulder tonight.1 -
I'm not going to snack anymore at work, I'm going to stay under my calorie goal for the day, and I'm not going to eat after 8 PM! Those are my goals and I'm gonna stick to 'em if it kills me. (And it just might. There's so much chocolate at work. Rrrrrrgh)0
-
1. Clean out my closet
2. Get to the store to buy dog food before it runs out
3. Rest day - in terms of exercise1 -
I like this idea and I'm going to try this today.
1. Stick with my caloric and nutrition goals and not go over
2. Exercise
3. Drink adequate amount of water.0 -
My goals today are to get my 7000 steps in.
Drink a gallon of water!
Log my meals.
I'm getting back on track!1 -
Only made 1 of 3 yesterday, so today I'm going to simplify.
1) drink 8 cups of water
2) come in under calories0 -
Failed 2/3 yesterday, so lets try something easier.
1: Stay under Cals
2: Walk 1 mile0 -

@chi_warrior
I'm sorry about your break up. I know that's hard.
I am happy that you're focusing on your health though. That's definitely a good distraction.0 -
I failed my goal of cleaning out my closet. I didn't feel like it. Instead, I went for a 3 mile run as a diversion. I would rather exercise than organize. I guess that's both good AND bad.
New goal: Actually clean out my closet.

My goal for today is to clean the kitchen. It's a mess and my nutrition has been a mess the last 4 days because I haven't wanted to deal with cleaning and then cooking. I have to put a stop to this!1

You can do it!!! The hardest part is getting started. I successfully met my goal of cleaning out my closet today. It was like pulling teeth to start, but I set a timer for 20 minutes (and told myself I could stop after that) and just went for it. When the timer went off, I was already in the groove, so I just kept going and was able to finish
Goal for tomorrow: Weights day at the gym. Get there and do it.0 -

@jenilla1
Great advice!
Organizing is my BIG downfall! It haunts me. I feel anxiety just thinking about it. Smh. Maybe I'll try the timer to see if it pushes me.1 -
Yesterday, I finally planted all of my plants! I don't know if they will all survive since I took FOREVER planting them but it's done!
I was ill today, but before the end of the day was here I got out and watered my plants.1 -

YES! I even upped the weight. I'm sore, but satisfied.
New goal: 6 mile trail run tomorrow morning so I can have chocolate cake tomorrow evening. (I like to earn my treats! It makes them that much tastier...)0 -

If they were still alive and in relatively good shape when you planted them, they'll probably make it. Just baby them a little until they get established. Good luck!1 -
@jenilla - Nice one! Good luck with the run today!! I agree, treats are much more enjoyable when you feel like you've earned them!!
Goal today:
At least 45 min HIIT workout1 -
Goal from 5/28 got sidelined. But today's goal of mountain biking all the way up hell canyon without crashing or dying (in addition to my normal route) was well met. Didn't earn my chocolate cake yesterday, but I got it today!1
