First off you look amazing, good work. I eat sweet fruit when I have a sugar craving. Like oranges is my main go to and bananas or sweet strawberries and that usually gets rid of my sweet cravingZ1 -

I'm 4,11" it told me to eat 1500 calories but I wasn't losing anything and so I went to 1350 and I was super hungry then I started drinking lots of water and tea and more protein and just lookin…6 -
