Dark chocolate, bananas, oranges, I also drink slimfast(I get chocolate! Taste like chocolate milk with 1cup water or 1cup almond milk... soooo good) I also make glutton free cookies, peanut butter cookies. Greek yogurt with honey and granola. If you have what you need then yes. I do workout videos and have just 10lbs weights and walk around a lake around my house and I've already lost 13lbs. More if I would of been more consistent and eating healthier. But it works. I hate gyms
