32.6 lbs in 90 days

So January 16, 2017 I decided that it was time to start losing some weight. After being married for nearly 4 years now I've put on over 45 pounds. I generally have been fit most of my life and very active in the sports and fitness. As time has gone on i've put on weight. I realize that I do not eat healthy whatsoever and that when I'm active it's not enough. So it wasn't a new year resolution, for me it was just "hey it's time to change my life forever"
Although it's only been a little under 90 days I've lost 32.6 pounds and continuing to go down.
I've developed a very healthy eating habit and do not crave junk food whatsoever anymore. I will have one cheat meal once a week and that cheat once a week, that meal used to not come soon enough now I can go without.
I'm curious what you guys think .what I want to hear your success stories, before and afters

Well done! You've done a great job & I'm inspired.
My weightloss so far.....
In Jan 2016 I lost 10lbs from cutting refined sugar & junk from my diet completely, eating 3 healthy meals a day (all including fruit and veg or chicken& fish or both) and not eating after 7pm - I went to bed hungry quite a lot! between feb & march I lost another 4lbs. None of this included going to the gym/ or doing much exercise!2 -
Awesome! I am down 31lbs in 90 days and its been amazing.
I was able to drop 53lbs in about 6 months but it stalled and I was slowly creeping back up. I finally found something that worked for me around the second week of January, and my body has been changing in ways I didn't think would ever happen. I no longer think I will be the fat girl the rest of my life! I am now 84lbs down since May and cannot wait to reach my goal (about 40-45 more lbs.)6 -
