Ya I'd love to get to 135(prepreg2kids) but lower would even be better but we will see. But I do that as well I've gotten into the show supernatural lol and they have a lot of seasons on Netflix so I eat breakfast and then put it on and workout for 30-60mins 4-5days a week and so far so good

That's amazing. Need to post pics :) I started at 170(highest weight) I'm 163 now and hope to get to 135 at least. I am 4,11 and 22 years old. Keep up the hard work

I'm 4,11 and it gave me 1500 to lose 1lbs a week but I exercise 4-5days a week and I try to lose 1 1/2lbs a week so it gave me 1250 calories to eat but I still eat around 1350,1400 calories

Forgot to say the only exercise I do is walk/jogging so the lady above me is right. It's exercise and you can do it :smile:

I get the same way sept I suffer from severe migraines. I feel so good after a workout though. Try taking ibuprofen Or Tylenol before workout and drink LOTS of water and try to rest a little after

Sounds fun I'm in. I'm actually going to start today though Tuesday nov 1st. Already did my workout so I can be at exactly 30days also trying to lose weight for my wedding next year in 5-6months. Or less. So early start lol. Sw:170 goal to lose 10lbs this month or more.Gw:160 by December 1st.

Depends on how tall you are. I am 12 stone (164.8lbs) but I'm 4.11-5ft so I'm defentitly obese and working on that. Started at 168 and went up to 170 at my highest and now I'm 164.8. So I'm working on it
